How it works :
Praziquantel is a cestocide,
Praziquantel works by damaging the parasite’s skin internally so the parasite disintegrates and is removed by the pet’s immune system,

Uses
For the treatment and control Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis)
Directions
Please refer to the following dosing table for help finding the right dose for your Cat,

D-Wormer Capsule Dosing Table
4 pounds & under ½ Capsule 5 to 11 pounds 1 Capsule 11 pounds and over 1 1/2 Capsules Maximum,

? You should weigh your cat to make sure you are giving the right dose,

? If your cat does not voluntarily eat the Capsule, you can hide it in a small amount of food or place it in the back of the cat’s mouth for forced swallowing,

? Make sure that the cat eats the complete dose,

? Watch the cat for a few minutes after dosing to make sure the Capsule is not rejected,

Storage
Store at controlled room temperature of 59-86°F (15-30°C)
The Capsules – certified BSE free gelatin capsules and filled with Praziquantel – CERTIFIED USP 30,

The standard capsule can be put in a treat or opened up and mixed in the pet food,

May give to healthy pregnant pets, but best to not use Praziquantel with mothers that are nursing,
